Aaaaaaand.... nothing.
I ran five times last week, including twice where I pushed the distance to up over 2.5 miles. I ate healthy foods, though I did have two chocolate chip cookies (see posting below). And, I lost... nothing. Stayed the same. Apparently my body believes there is a famine and is saving all of my fat for survival purposes. Sigh.

That is some BULLSHIT! I've got the big 10 year coming up so the 8 servings of doritos I just wolfed down probably made up for the previous 3 day starvation diet i attempted.
Thank you, Hailey. That really is some bullshit. I have a trip in August to Chicago and I really don't want to go at this size. I'm just going to keep on running and trying to stay away from donuts. If i don't lose some weight this week, you will see some f-bombs fly on this site.
